Ipod settings

Hey guys.. what have you found as the best settings to export a file out of AE for a video Ipod.

I would take my file and export as an avi but the 2 hour movie would be a HUGE avi. Any suggestions

What i did was i captured a movie from my cpu. it saved in 2 parts. i took my captured movie and just compressed with sorenson and it looks pretty good. but its in 2 parts.

i thought about first taking it to AE for export as 1 file, but like i said, then it would be 1 huge avi. Then compress in Sorenson. Unless i am thinking of the wrong method out of AE. Is an AVI high quality the way to go first? Thanks

try instant handbrake. it works for me. and it's free.

thanks for that. a few issues.

i have xp.. the files are already avi files (saved like this on capture from camtasia).. unless i am missing something, this great tool wouldnt work in my case. also, does it recompress the files i already have. i just want to attach 2 files into 1. quick response though

It does recompress. what you want to do is little out of my spectrum of knowledge. sorry.
