iPhone Teleprompter Help

Hey, I was in a bind the other day and wanted to use my iPhone as a teleprompter, I downloaded the mPrompt and made a quick holder out of a 6 inch sewer pipe coupling (new of course). If anyone out there has used the iPhone to prompt would you share your ideas with me, it worked really well but I would like to be able to position it better.
Thanks
Ty

A 2 way mirror will give you the best position....I'm not sure of the capabilities of that software, as of course things will be flipped.

First of all, the plumbing part as holder is a great idea for holding a iPhone/iPT near the camera lens - especially if you need a quick work around.

mPrompt looks like a good approach, but I couldn't get it to load on my 1st gen iPT (running OS 3) for some reason. I tried to contact the developer with a support inquiry, but got a dead link on their website. That said, I'm not going to drive myself crazy trying to troubleshoot a $1.99 app, so I spent a little more and bought Bodelin's ProPrompter instead. It works great.

Bodelin has a wing mount and clip holder for the iPhone. They also have a mirror setup that fits handheld devices. Dunno if I'll buy those items or not, but I'll sure go for the plumbing part solution. Thanks for the idea!
