iphone 6 bending!

Glad I went into the store and checked them out in person and cancelled my preorder for the 6+ after seeing I liked the regualr 6 better. This just further cements that decision. Now if only the Apple stores near me would get them back in stock.

Ironically marketed to hipsters in tight pants that accentuate the bendability. Fortunately they're big fans of irony.

Though I think its completely grounds for a recall...I doubt we will see it. Being that the product is so thin....it would take either 1.) a brand new approach to the material used....which would be cause for a slight redesign...or 2.) install some type of support system...which would be cause for a redesign. I also don't think they would want to take a loss on things to implement that. So, in my opinion...it sucks a lot, but I don't see it changing.

I see them coming out with an expensive case designed to add structural integrity to the phone and put more money in their back account due to the design flaw. They will figure out how to make money off a mistake.....somehow.

I just wish they would make a public statement saying "kidding....here is iPhone 7. we were just joking with the whole 6 thing."

I've never used an iPhone without a hard case and belt clip anyway, so for me it's a non issue. But I still have a year to go on my contract until I upgrade. Hopefully all the bugs are worked out by then.

With the 5C they have a steel skeleton to add rigidity under the plastic shell. I wonder if they'll do the same with the 6S model or possibly switch to some other kind of alloy.

But if Steve were still here he'd just tell us we're sitting wrong.

I tell you what though, if this stops the whole tight jean competition that has been happening in ladies fashion over the last few years, i'm not gong to be very pleased.

Cheers! Who knows...maybe it was a tactically executed play. If it was the end of skinny jeans, I'd say they were genius.

I hope more for it to end the tight jean competition in mens "fashion".
