iPad Teleprompter rig

Hi,
I'm trying to get my iPad right above the lens on a DSLR. My camera is sitting on 15mm rods. I'm a bit stumped as to quickly, conveniently get my iPad above lens. Little help?

I like the diy ipad teleprompter out of picture frames it works pretty well. I made it collapse and threw a 15mm clamp on the bottom frame. Been using mine for a little over a year (weekly videos for a supplement company) I spent like 20 bucks on it and it doesn't look half bad (posterboard, an old shirt, 2 8x10 frames, some small hinges, and tape). I just know bought some stuff to make a slightly better looking one that is a little tougher. I think with some beam splitter glass it would be a lot better, but I've used it outside without much fuss.

I use an iPad mounting tray where the iPad slides into the tray. Then use a cheap Noga style arm with shoe mount.
