Ugh. Had to get a CT scan of all my guts. Probably going to have to have gallbladder removed. Not the funnest day. The crap they inject into you for the scan made me feel like a giant hot tamale.

Ugh. :P

I've had that done, once. And they have to inject it so fast.......nice and warm. No thanks.
Luckily everything was fine.
I think they can remove the Gallbladder now endocscopically, so it's not a big incision. Good luck..

So the scan came back with no stones. The doctor told me to "see what happens" tonight as he feels he's narrowed it down to two possibilities: A "blockage" that's microscopic (e.g. gallbladder sludge) or an infection.

I feel like "see what happens" kinda sucks because it's been hurting non stop for four days. I did have a stomach infection for about 3 years that was just recently cured via antibiotics (about a month ago), so I guess it's possible that I could have had an infection in the gallbladder that didn't really flare up until the stomach infection was cleared up.

Regardless I'm hoping to get something going on this tomorrow. Right now the spot is hard and swollen and there's even some light bruising there, so none of that is fun. Just trying to drink lots of water.
