My name is Kevin and i've picked up Digital video as another expensive hobby. Mostly I shoot local car events and my kid.
I started shooting video in college to help out a couple friends with a Canon GL1 and GL2, then didn't touch a camera of any kind much for a while. Picked up a DSLR and started getting into photography again years later. A few years after that I picked up a Nikon D5100 and a cheap steadicam. After hacked firmware, i was back into video. I currently shoot with a Sony a6000 and a host of E mount and legacy glass. I also picked up a Zhiyun Crane on cyber monday. Man is it easier than a steadicam.
My other expensive hobbies include guitars and amps (which i'm a total hack at), cycling on and off, and track days in an old M3.
