Full-time Executive Assistant needed for successful President of a major entertainment company. This assistant should be organized with a phenomenal sense of etiquette, understand protocol, and be used to dealing with very high level and high profile executives and political figures. Great letter writing skills are necessary and be a good gate keeper in a lovely way. The ideal candidate is pro-active, multi-tasking, and a team player. Must have at least 5 years of experience working for a top level executive in the film industry. This executive will be overseeing other assistants, so you must have perfect assistant skills so that you will be able to train rolling calls, calendars, phone etiquette, etc.... Prefer candidates with a BA/BS from a top university - who strove to be the top of your class (and Ivy League is a huge PLUS!)
Must be polished, well spoken and be able to wear a variety of hats while keeping calm under pressure. Must anticipate needs of very busy CEO and have shown loyalty in previous employements.

Interesting......but why is this on Craigslist? Call me suspicious, but something is not adding up here.
 
The other day I was having a look at different job offers in LA studios and one of them was similar (I was doing this in their official webpages). I can't remember the studio but I had a look at WB, sony (most probable one...) and Universal
 
CL seems an odd place for this add. Don't you think? I would not be surprised if this was followed up by "please send photos".
