Interviewing in room with mostly glass walls

I will be doing several interviews in two weeks for a corporate doc and several of the locations I will be at will have multiple walls of windows (corner office type exec offices). I like the idea of placing the interviewee with one window to his side and then using a reflector as a fill source but what if there is another window in the background?
Should I move to a corner of the room where there is a solid wall in the background or can it work by having a large window behind the interviewee?
Also, when deciding on the fly whether to to light artificially or naturally in an office seting, what do you guys typically do?
As always, any advice always appreciated!

Put tracing paper over the glass ( from outside the room)and backlight it for effect. (even colored gel if you wanted to) This of course could only be done if your either on the first floor or two of the building, or it's one of those hip , all glass interior offices.
Use a smaller, daylight balanced kino type light for fill, edge or even key and use a reflector. Frame the lights and their reflections out of your shot.
