Interview with 4 650w fresnels

Hello folks,
Could anyone help with this? I'm going to shoot an interview at night and all I have available are 4 650w arri fresnels. The problem is: I'm gonna have both the interviewer and the interviewee on frame sitting side by side (no reverse angles). What can you suggest so I can get the best setup out those four fresnels? There is one more thing: one of the subjects is black.
Any help will be much appreciated.
Thanks
Sergio

you could still do a basic 3 point lighting setup, use a bounce to fill in the black persons face

Seriously take a peace of paper and a pen, and draw out your lighting setup, try different things.

You could have to lights behind both subjects for hairlights then one light infront of the subjects. Since you said they will both be in the frame the entire time. Now you have another light so light the background up and make it look interesting. Use some practicals (lamps, etc.) and then you can have a fresnal pointed at the wall with a small beam (barndoors to make the shape) to give the interview some depth.

If you think 3 point lighting, look at the front two, the key and the fill. If you have some scrim or simple diffuser, and have barn doors, then do a lens split. Set up one light as the key for one subject , perhaps a little towards the centre line than usual, and then focus it wide, so it hits the subject, but also lights the other subject. On this side of the fixture screen off the output that lands on the 'wrong' subject with the scrim/diffuser - this becomes the fill for this subject. Do the reverse on the other side, and you get two keys and two fills from two lamps.

If you have redheads, then you can slot in a metal half scrim that fits the rails. If you can find a bit of mesh that fits the runners on your Arris, you can do the same - they just soften and dim half of the beam.

Your remaining two can manage backlight from both sides - which looks quite good.
