Interview Lighting from IBM video

I'm very impressed with the lighting from the interview segments in this video, it almost looks like it was lit with one light? I was hoping someone could take a look and guess how this was lit, as i'd like to do something similar.
If you skip around in the video there are a bunch of different interviews, all in the same location.

Looks like a large soft key light, or a window on a cloudy day? maybe a 4x4 or octagon softbox- it's got a TON of wrap to it, but only really hits the face, then drops off nicely on the clothes- maybe a flag or 3 to control spill, or maybe an egg-crate diffuser thingy on the key.


Is there fill w bounce? maybe not- I only see 1 reflected light in the glasses.


Maybe a slight kicker behind shoulder on the key side- bringing out the hair highlights, especially on the blond and the grey haired guys.

Very nicely lit, subtle and realistic without looking 'lit' but also still looking professional.
 
The cinematographer on the job was Robert Chappell... I wasn't able to find any contact info on him, but if you do, please do share what he replies. His lighting in those interviews is really tasteful.
