Interview frame composition

Here y made a interview and i want your opinion about the composition.
There are some images at the end where i cut the caracter brutaly.

I don't mind the "60 Minutes ECU" shots, it's the direction of the eyes that bother me. I like to have the interviewer as close to my lens as possible, with the subject on the opposite side of the lens. If the subject looks directly at the interviewer, they will be looking just across the lens, and the viewer will get better eye contact. Remember that "the eyes are the windows to the soul."
