Interval time laps.

I have permiere 6.5, soon to be 1.5.

I want to do a interval time laps with 1 hour of footage. What is the quickest easiest way to do this? I have a dvx, but i was stupid enough to forget to turn the function on while i was letting the camera roll. (bashing head on keybaord)

Right click on the footage, select Speed/Duration and make the speed about 2000% or whichever looks right.
 
not what i was talken about. that would be just speeding up the video. i want to do it to play 2 seconds at regular speed every 30 seconds.
