So you pop in a movie DVD and you get a clean mastered output that gives you a flawless film look.
you go to the same behind the scenes material, and all the video materials shot on a video camera shows interlacing on my 32 inch LCD HDTV screen.
anyone know how to optimize SD DVD for HDTVs while encoding a DVD? Is it even possible seeing that even the pros dont optimize their SD video shot material for HDTVs?
At first I thought it was a progressive thing but even when I play back my 24 progressive shot material, it still interlaces.
doesn't matter what setting the TV is in. Still does it.
thanks for any thoughts.
