I've been spending my evening trying to make a wedding video out of the shots taken at mine by folks who knew which way to point the lens and which button started the recording. Pan and crop, pan and crop, pan and crop.
Anyway, the cams used were my little DV-203 Panasonic and a JVC I bought for Vali. 60i, of course, with both.
Why on Earth would anyone, anytime shoot interlaced? Ugly ugly ugly PITA footage.
Luckily, I have Ultimate S with David's RealPak, so I've converted it all to 24p.
Next time, I'm bringing the DVX and a tripod and shooting my wedding myself*.

*Yes, there will be a "next time". This was just the civil ceremony. The religious ceremony will be in July, if nothing throws a wrench into the works.
