What is the propper setting to have when digitizing 24p footage. Interlaced or progressive?
I noticed this option on the
Audio/Video Settings--
sequence presets --
DV NTSC 48kHZ-- (edit)
then go to the bottom "advanced"
after you click on that it gives you an option in the compression settings
scan mode-- (here is gives the option for interlaced or progressive)
it is set by default to Interlaced. Is that right? I thought 24p was progressive. Or is it not?
I need to digitize in a lot of footage for a feature and I want to make sure I have the right settings.
Thanks in advance for any help.
