Interlaced lines noticed

I have some shots on my timeline that I am noticing ugly interlaced lines with any kind of movement. Do I need to add the DE-INTERLACE filter for those clips? I thnk I had this problem once before and I used that then I add a very small amount of BLUR to help smooth out the clip.

what are they shot in, deinterlacing is a qucik fix but you might loose half your resolution. I would try to adjust your settings to acomidate to the correct frame rate.

Interlaced lines are normal in a 29.97 sequence. it will look fine on video output but not so great on a computer.
