Interlace artifacts FCP

I am shooting 24p a and when I capture with pulldown removal every few frames there are interlaced artifacts, I cant seem the find the source of the problem

Is your timeline 23.98fps?

You can't use pulldown removal on capture if you shot 24p... only 24pA.

I got it, the capture FPS got changed somehow, had to switch it back to 29.97
