interior car scene missing an actor

We were supposed to shoot a scene tonight using the interiors of a yukon. 3 people riding in the back and 2 up front, having dialog.

It was a pain in the butt to secure the yukon today, and one of my actors just informed me that she's sick and probably isn't gonna make it. We've already put this shoot off 4 times. I'm trying to devise a way to shoot around her, so we could just bring her and the other front seat passenger back another day to do just her lines. It would be heck of a lot easier to get the car again for something short than for another entire day.

the actress only has 3 lines in the scene which is maybe a half page of dialog. She would be in the passengers seat, the driver has the majority of the lines, and the 3 people in the back.

We are shooting this inside a building. Its a night driving scene. We have been using a green screen, and have been doing the shots through the side windows on both sides, with closeups.

How feasible would it be to shoot everyone elses dialog, and closeups of the driver, and then bring him and her back when she's feeling better to do the rest of the shots with him/her. The biggest thing I can think of would be lighting, but we already shot a heck of alot more complex scene in two different nights where we had to make the lighting and everything look the same and it turned out fine.

Have a stand in sit in the seat and read the lines for everyone else. If you pick angles that wouldn't show your missing talent then you shouldn't have a problem. If the stand in you find looks enough like your actor (skin tone, hair color/style) put them in wardrobe and try put parts on them in the frame, maybe a shoulder or arm to help with the illusion.
