Interfit lights?

Anyone used em? I found some cheap two light kits on bh, under $300. Few quesitons though

1) Do they heat up pretty quick?

to use as a 3rd and 4th light (we have a lowell omni and tota) how would I attach diffusion (aside from the soft boxes obviously) or gels to these. I don't see any accessories like a frame to hold anything....and I don't know if I will have much to work with as far as flags, silks, scirms, and especially c stands......this is going to be a pretty basic shoot.

If you go onto B&H's website. They have customer reviews for just about everything, including some Interfit lights. Good resource.

Actually, I saw a review on those specific lights as I almost bought them. Google it and you'll probably find it. I seem to remember they reviewed pretty well. Good price too.

It seems as if they have a fan in them, which might produce too much noise. Personaly, I never use lights with fans in them.
