Interactive Video

Is flash the best solution for interactive video?

Basically, I want viewers to watch a 5 minute video, take a quick 3 question quiz then, if they answer correctly, proceed to the next video.

If none of your audience will be on an iPad/iPhone then it's probablly going to be your best bet. HTML5 video + logic that depends on what the user clicks sounds like you would have to code some backend yourself. The tools are ready to go in Adobe Flash so go that route.

Just keep in mind that as mobile devices grow, you'll need to re-design the site as Apple doesn't want to support Flash, ever.
