Hi there,
I'm about to start grading my current project on my WinXP PC using After Effects CS4 with the Color Finesse 2 plugin. I just bought a Blackmagic Intensity Pro card to output my image to an HDMI monitor which works perfectly fine in After Effects. When I open up Color Finesse though, the external monitor either goes black, or holds on the last image that was displayed in After Effects.
In the Color Finesse preferences, I've set the External Preview Device to Blackmagic Output, which doesn't have any effect. I've noticed that the External Display Mode box is blank - it doesn't give me any options at all. I suspect this is part of the problem (or else a symptom of the problem).
I've uninstalled the intensity Pro drivers, as well as color finesse and re-installed them and am still having the same problem.
Has anyone encountered this? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
Thanks,
Dave.
