If you use internal capture (which is the only one you can use for HDV) you don't get any scene detects. It just capture a continous movie. Scene detects works for the normal capture application (which is external). There is no enable/disable scene detect in the preferences of internal capture. Any clues? Or is the only alternative to get scene detect to buy Connect HD for $199?
