Recently it came up in a discussion about worker's comp and crew workers. I own a production company and hire crew for shoots regularly.
Of course I have property/Liability insurance and worker's comp for full time employees...but for the freelance I honestly...thought that any injury would be covered. I'm in the process of changing insurance providers and am just looking for some thoughts on this from others in a similar situation.
