Instant HD: How DO I INSTALL/USE YOU?!?!?

I finally got a little free time and I've been wanting to try out the Instant HD plug-in I got a while back. How do you download a plug-in into FCP? I'm pretty dumb when it comes to any of the tech stuff (I actually got a headache from the instructions, no kiddin') so any help would be AWESOME! Thanks guys and gals. Logan

Instant HD has it's own installer. It's about as simple as you can get. Dude, honestly, it's pretty freankin' simple. You double click the .zip file to uncompress it. Then double click the installer that is in the resulting folder. Answer the on-screen questions, that's it.
