Installing problems...

I'm having an issue installing my software somehow. I finished 1 installation but it didn't work, so I'm doing it again. What is going on?

what software (FCP5, FCP5.1, etc)
what computer (G5, Intel, OS 10.3, OS 10.4, etc)

And what exactly was the problem? How did you run the Install, default or custom? Need specifics.

I fixed it. I just wasn't checking the applications folder.
