Installing FCP 6 upgrade: FCP 6.0.1 to 6.0.5

Hey guys, this is my first time doing an upgrade on my FCP studio, and I think I'm missing something.

I went to apple.com, went to the upgrade download page, entered my serial, etc.

This is the name of the upgrade:
ProApplicationsUpdate2008-04.mpkg

I double click it, run through the install, etc.

BUT, when I check FCP, it's still version 6.0.1

Am I missing something? Thanks.

I'm crossing my fingers doing this well solve my issue of FCP crashing when I try to log and transfer 720P AVCHD footage from my GH1.
 
The supported update method by Apple is

Pro AppsUpdate 2007-01
ProKit Update 5.1
Plugin Manager 1.7.3
ProApps Update 2008-1
ProApps Update 2008-5
Final Cut Update 6.0.6

(Somewhere in there there may be Quicktime).

The Website Portal on Apple for "Protected" FCP updates is lacking "all" the updates that Apple Software Update would pull in.
