Installing AE 7 or CS3

If you have AE 6.5 on your PC, and you want to install AE7 or say, AE CS3, do you have to first uninstall AE 6.5, or can you install the newer versions alongside it without conflict?
 
They will install as separate applications. The one application that has difficulty when installing the Master Collection of CS3 is Flash 8. It must be removed or there is an installation conflict with Acrobat and will make the installer go south.

For AE if you're using any third party plug-ins they will need to be installed into the new AE plug-ins folder.
 
Whoa,.. CS3 causes problems with Flash 8?? That's no good for me, I have and use Flash 8 all the time. Crap. Thanks for letting me know that. Maybe I'll look for AE7 then.
