Installed CS5 Encore - Can't find library!

Hi,

Can you help me? I have installed CS5 Encore and want to use the library templates to create a simple video (menus with two buttons and links to two videos), but I can't find any of the libraries with standard templates.

Did I install CS5 Encore incorrectly? I downloaded Encore from the Adobe web site?

What do I need to do to get the libraries installed?

HELP... and thanks in advance.
