Insane! Power everything and the kitchen sink from one v-mount.

Postmaster - did this ship to you yet, and did you get to test it... if so, what's the prognosis doc?

Just came back from shooting in Berlin - it has arrived.

First quick verdict: Nice build quality, much better than the typical China gear. Just bolted a v-mount battery on and connected the monitor, works fine.
Tomorrow I do some pics and see how the HDMI splitter works - too tired now, after 3 days of shooting at 85 deg.F and almost 1500 kilometers in the car.

Frank,
I really like this all-purpose power supply. But, I can't find it on any US Ebay sites and I can't read the German. Can I get this in the USA?

tem 02

both are from the same seller
Postmaster's seller warns about other versions that are fake and unreliable on his store. i am not sure these are the ones.
Let us know if somebody tries out first.

Man I wish they made this with the AB plate. I need this.

It's not exactly like this. But I've just completed something similar and will be posting final details on 8/13 (if not before).

Genuine Anton Bauer gold mount plate is one of the options. Custom regulated power compatible with every p-tap power source (not just from the plate) are also available. It's made entirely in Los Angeles, and genuine AB parts aren't cheap like the stuff from China.

The trade off is that the Hot Rod Product is right at home working at the highest/most demanding levels. There's a few more goodies with it I'm quite proud of, but I should wait until the formal announcement.

Very much looking forward to that, and a few other things you guys have cooking. :)

Does anyone know what size DC jack the 7.2v-out is? It looks considerably smaller than the 12V-out, which I assume is a 2.1mm/2.5mm ID.

I would want to power a 7D with the 7.2v-out using the DR-E6 power adapter - which is an odd plug in itself, but that's replaceable, and the replacement would depend on the jack size of the 7.2v-out.

Frank how are you using this for the fs100, the connecting cord DK-415 for the battery has the wrong end for the 7.2 volt output what are you using to make it work?
