Hi all,
I am designing and building a rig/rail system. I was thinking of putting a QR plate on it so that it used a Manfrotto plate. Not sure how useful it would be, so would love feedback: Is a quick-release tripod plate an important feature to you?

P.s. feel free to let me know what other must have features in a rig you have (other than light, sturdy, and the right size)
