I was turned on to this fascinating series by a friend in LA awhile back. It's a series about producing reality shows for major cable networks and the various phases of development. The information presented is top notch and reliable. Before you make the decision to make reality TV - or any TV pilot - you should definitely watch these videos.

This is one of the videos in the series about "sizzle reels" for pitching personalities to TV network executives.
