Industry salary averages

[HotConductor]

Can someone direct me to a resource where I can find industry salary standards/averages...? I basically need to find out average salaries for the following positions. (Company is expanding)

- Director/manager of video department
- AV Tech - shooting, lighting, etc.
- Audio engineer - recording and mixing

Any good resources aside from Career Builder stats?

I'd give

a shot. They're not perfect for a relatively less common job like those in video production, but they get a vague ballpark.
