Can I ask why? Got one, and I must say it worth the money. It's sturdy and lightweight. It doesn't feel cheap at all.

I like to compare things if possible before making a purchase. I've seen it and held it, and yes I totally agree that it is great.

I have Alan Gordon hi-hats in Mitchell, 150mm, 100mm, as well as a Manfrotto 529B in 100mm, along with assorted mounting boards.

Sometimes my Cinesaddle gets the call for low shots or weird mounting situations.
