As a lightweight/portable option for lightweight cameras I quite like it. It's rated to 4kg tops, but I wouldn't recommend using anything much over 3kg on it. With a bare-bones F3 (a little under 4kg when you include a CP.2 lens, a battery and an SxS card) it was really a bit too much for the jib, and we'd tend to get little wobbles creeping in on horizontal movements - it still got the job done, but it would often take quite a few takes to get a smooth enough move with that much camera (and counterweight) loaded up on it.
When the jib isn't fighting against a substantial load though, it does quite nicely for smooth vertical movements. And the water bottle-based counterweight system is genius, makes it really easy to get things perfectly counter-balanced.
You get what you pay for obviously, but I've been quite satisfied with mine for what it is. I'm currently saving my pennies for something more substantial like the Seven Jib or Portajib (to better handle my F3) but if you're shooting on DSLRs or something like an FS100/FS700, it'll definitely get the job done.
