IndiSlider Help

I'm curious about which indiSlider package I need. I'll be using either a Bogen 503 head or an Libec LS-38 head with it.

Will the base $399 package do? What exactly are the Bogen adapters used for?
 
Before you buy the indislider, check out the T-slide. Saw it out at NAB (it actually won their Black Diamond award), and bought it on the spot.

Very versatile and well built.
 
Very nice but expensive compared to a smooth homebuilt dolly with a great tripod on it. We shot a standard HVX dolly shot in a recent film; rolled in 8 feet, remote focused, turned the camera left and then tilted down, stopped dolly smoothly and then framed between three actors. The dolly and rails for the shot cost around $40.

I guess if you have those toys already and have the money to buy the rail system, why not? More toys = more possible shots. I don't have that kind of money. *sob* :undecided

If I had the money... I would probably build a shop so I don't have to build everything in my carport. :Drogar-BigGrin(DBG)
 
that t-slide is a bit over my budget considering that i was hoping to buy just the base $399 indiSlider.

does anyone know if i need the adapters to have it work with the Libec LS38?
