indifocus gearbox broken again?

So anyone have problems with the indifocus gearbox?

This is the third time it broke on me while on the shoot!!

First time was an accidental drop, and the shaft came off,

second time was on a shoot and I was racking and it came right off,

tim was nice to replace it for me at no cost..

now today.. again the new gearbox broke!

Am I the only one with this problem?

its the shaft itself that attaches to the knob that snapped off.. all 3 of them..

My first one is still good as new. I dunno what gives. Ofcourse, after posting this, im sure mine will break this week. Then i will hate u.

I've had mine since March and haven't had any issues. It's been working very well.

Ive had mine about a week. cant complain either. Sturdy and allmost no backlash

I don't get it.. What's going on? I will call him this week and see what is going on.. I don't doubt its a bad thing, but hey.. It happened.. bleh.. anyone else?

what cameras are you using the FF for? I used it for the HVX, Z7U, and the HPX.. can it be the weight?
