Indie Dolly System

We just received our Indie Dolly Sytstem Like the one in the link below. Our system didn't come with any manuel for setting it up. We were able to put most of it together, including the tracks. Not sure if we have the Seat on secure and we received a 3 piece black bar that seems to screw together and has a handle at the end. Where does that thing go?
I tried calling the company but got a voicemail box right away. I also couldn't find the instructions online.

Like all too many "indie" filmmaking products, there is no manual.

There is a pretty instructive setup video on their site however:

Click on "Video" then the "How to set up the Indie Dolly System" graphic to see it.

The 3 piece bar/handle is the push bar. The end with a hinged tube slips onto a screw-in stud in the middle of the platform. A grip would push or pull the dolly with the bar while the camera operator rides.

The seat design is wobbly - a known shortcoming. I don't know of any way to make it more rigid. Kind of a pain...

Overall though, I think it's a really great product, price considered.
