I have a 25P PAL project in Premiere Pro 2.0. Nearly all the footage is 25P PAL apart from a few shots i did in 50i PAL so i could slow it down to get clean slo-motion.
How do i go about incorporationg the 50i slo-motion shots into the 25P timeline without them loosing their resolution and smoothness? As i understand it the 50i shots would be converted back to 25P? thus making them jerky again? And what would i export the timeline as if i wanted uncompressed, highest quality available file.
