Inclusive video section for ALL camera?

I don't know if this has been discussed or tried before but why is it that we don't have a video section that is all inclusive? It seemed like the Sony and until recently the Canon video section (due to the A1) receive very little traffic. A few people have posted their work on the FX1, XL1s, XL2 etc. and they've gotten very few responses/feedback from the community while the DVX and HVX section receives a great deal of attention. I'm not saying there's any bias here, but maybe it's simply because those other sections aren't readily accessible to the majority of people unless they happen to own a Sony or a Canon, which is a shame.

So how about we have a video section where everyone can post their work, regardless of what camera they shot it in? To prevent confusion, they can simply tell us which camera they used in the thread title.

I believe something like that was tried in the past, where the video section was all together and people were supposed to label which camera was which when they created a new topic.

It failed terribly. Almost nobody listed what camera it had been shot with. This will always be a dvx-centric forum, simply because of the title. I mean, when I first started visiting the site, I had an XL2, and I felt the same way about the lack of footage from others with the camera, but most of the people here are at this particular site because it fits them best, because they use the dvx instead of other cameras.

Having said that, this site is what caused me to switch over to a dvx and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
