Might as well uninstall.

This saddens me. I was going to use it to make saran gas tonight. Oh well, I guess I'll just drink instead.

If a few of my braincells die every time my wife plays Daughtry by DAUGHTRY (she made me buy it), does that mean I'm violating the EULA?

I explained to my wife that all music decisions in the house would be made by me and me alone. I even threw away her small CD collection because I found it depressing and didn't want it commingling with mine. :)

Damn, I can't listen to my AACs while I work on my cyclon-B and hantavirus deployment devices.

What kind of world is this?

I think it's great to imagine that alterna-Mac kid from the commercial, with delusions of world domination, dropping his plans for taking over if it violated the EULA. That is, if he wasn't too busy creating a photo album or editing his friends documentary first.

I find it somewhat more unlikely that a terrorist would read the iTunes EULA or let it get in their way. Those who know him wouldn't buy into SJ being the type who would create this clause strictly for chuckles. Chuckles? Kicking someone in the throat and watching them weeze for life is more his speed.

Well this part of the EULA of course makes no sense, and is clearly against this rock-solid logic:

iTunes uses DRM

DRM takes away your freedom

Terrorists don't like freedom

Therefore iTunes supports terrorism...
