In Quantum of Solace, who kills Greene at the end???

Hi everyone,

I'm from NZ so I'm probably the last country to see the latest Bond movie. Anyway, there's a scene towards the end when Bond deserts Mr Greene in the desert. He gives him a can of oil and just leaves him there.

At the end of the film, M says that Greene died with the oil in his stomach and was shot two times. M asks Bond if he knows anything and he says "no."

Who really killed Greene???
