In need of advice....

Hey everyone! I am in need of some advice....

I'm traveling to Oregon to shoot a documentary about a paintball event next weekend. The guy who runs the game offered me a vendor booth today, so I jumped on it.

I've since spent the day scrambling to put together promotional materials for my company, Pixlbrain.

I ordered 1000 flyers to be printed and delivered Thursday, and am now trying to figure out what to do for media playback. I don't have room to transport anything like a TV, so I'm thinking about using my portable DVD player to show the demo reel and spots that I've created.

What would you guys recommend? 
 
The only issue with using my laptop is that I'm going to be constantly dumping footage to an external hard drive. Although, I suppose that wouldn't really make much of a difference. I could also use my tablet as well, and use my phone for a slate instead of the tablet.
