"In-House Video", proper pricing.

2000 a month is insane for 60 hours a week for two people thats 12000 a year. I'd START at 10k a month for two people at 60 hours a week doing video work. Thinking more about it closer to 20k a month would be my target. Access to his marketing department will be useless. You'll be too busy with your video to have them do any work for you and they'll be too busy working this guys 60 hour weeks. Would you be employees of his or still vendors? That brings up questions like health insurance, taxes... lots of stuff.

2400/wk, actually. Yeah, we figure that we priced ourselves a bit low. 9600/month.

Thanks for the reply.

We would remain independent contractors.

He's getting a great deal, but, hey, we're hungry.

doh i read his cost to do this and got all mixed up - that makes sense now!! I know being hungry all too well :) I dont think the 9600 a month is that bad then. I'd try for higher maybe, but at that price he's not ripping you off either. Do you have any overhead costs you have to cover?
