It could go both ways here but either a PR person for a pruduction co claiming they recycle or a pissed off exec producer / investor who is tired of getting a $385 bill from the 'prop shop'.

I cannot name all of the shows. But I definitely see Married With Children, Scrubs, Charmed, Desperate Housewives, the Louis C.K. show, and That 70's Show...I see sideburns in pic 1, my guess would be Jason Priestly in 90210...but that probably aint it.
