He's most likely intoxicated. Not sure where this is (maybe England), but this is a pretty common sight in some European countries I've been to.

I was thinking that, too, but when he finally did stand up for a second, the look on his face made me think it was possibly something else.

Regardless, what was the point of posting that here? Am I missing the joke in my completely worn out, 'allergy medicated' state?
 
These are popular on the Internet with some people and include various characters (this one has Scorpion from Mortal Kombat)...maybe he/she made it, I don't know.
 
I get the video in the context of the video itself. And I love MK. Even pre-ordered the new one, MK 11. But what the F does it have to do with a PAR light? Nothing. The poster looks to be a longstanding member. Maybe their account was hacked. Or maybe they just forgot there is the Cafe section. Or maybe it is an experiment to see how long people will keep posting about a nonsensical post that has nothing to do with the title. We're up to five after the original two...
 
Ok. Corrected the original link. Basically OSRAM has stopped making PAR 64's. I think GE might have stopped making them as well.
