Improving my light kit

Hey! What lights/equipment should I get to make this a good, versatile light kit?
How would you start building it up?
This is what I got at the moment:

Two Open faced 800W Ianiro redheads
1k Freshnell
2k Arri
Six 150W Dedolights
Three 650W Ianiro lilliput
Three big Dörr reflectors
+China balls, diffusers, gels and practicals

And do you think these are useful, or should I trade?

What, no one?
I'd really need to know. What kind of lights am I SURE to need. I do fiction. Somehow I think I need more versatility. The redheads are great when bounced and so on.
But please tell me, what should I buy next and what are the worst lights in my current kit?
I have a nice 3000 dollar budget.

Sounds like your actual light supply is good. If I were you I would start looking into more grip gear. Several C-stands, a few broken mirrors, scissor clamps, mafer clamps, Junior stands, 4X4 frames, duvetyne, flags of all shapes and sizes, cookies, apple boxes, different bounce cards, bead board holders, extension cords, extra gobo heads, etc. The list goes on and on.

If you really wants more lights I would look into Kino Kits. Versatile, quick, soft light. Great for quick keys and fill. Any of that help?

Sure. All help is super great to have :D

It's good to know that my kit is good, but I'm concerned on whether the lights are equally useful. I have found little use of Lilliputs, because I think there isn't much that couldn't be done with redheads instead. Dedolights don't come to use that often either due to their tiny nature. Comments?
So to make my kit more lightweight and practical, I've thought about selling some of these lights and buy something more useful to replace them (kinos perhaps). Is this a good idea?

And yes, I should start shopping for grip stuff right about... now.
