Importing timecode question

Hey I know that with FCP I can import my timecode settings as an excel file and FCP will automatically import and break up my footage to match the spreadsheet. Is there any way I can do this in Premiere? I am shooting a music video in a few weeks and this would help a lot. Thanks.

All latest versions of editing apps let's you split your clips on timecode breaks while capturing
