Importing problem

I just started learning abt Premier, today I tried to import the content folder created by FS-100 (around 60 GB) to Premier, got an error saying, that 'Export failed, need to close the premier and it's content'

My computer configuration like this, XP Media center, 34 bit, 3 gb ram, dualcore.

When I googled with the error, it says, Permier sucks more power, does my PC need upgrades?

You should try importing the Content Folder to a Hard Drive then all you need to do is drag the mxf files from the 'Video' Folder into the Project (Bin)
