importing Color bars/countdown/timcode

Hey -
i have to get a movie ready for a sound mix. having some issues....

1) I want the video to start at 1 hour but with the timecode reader is begins at 00:00. Is there anyway to change this setting? I will also need 20 secs of black and color bars so i really need the timecode to start at 00:00:58:30

2) I need 60 sec colorbars and tone. Where is that??

3) a 10 second countdown???

4) 2 beeps??

1- Sequence menu > Settings > Timeline Options tab > Starting Timecode

2- In the Print To Tape option, or in the Generators.

3- There's lots you can search for and down load, or make you own. FCP has it built in when you use the Print To Tape option.

4- It's only one beep, the 2-Pop, at the 2 second mark. Is in the built in countdown in the Print To Tape function. Most counters you download will have them. If not, find a sound you like in SoundTrackPro and place it at the 2 second mark in your Timeline.
 
For the 2-pop I just throw in 1 frame of Bars/Tone. Nothing special but takes 1/2 second to do and does the job so....
