Importing/capturing with Vegas.

Here is my problem.
I capture footage from my Dvx100 Pal shoot at 25p. When I look at the footage properites in vegas it says the footage Field Order : lower field first. Why doesn't it say None (progressive scan)?I Can change it to say none(progressive scan) but is this correct?

in the capture settings there should be templates that will capture progressive NTSC and PAL. Maybe you are capturing with just the defaults?
